The Company owns 13,972 net acres in the Louisiana Parishes of Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Jefferson Davis,
LaFourche, Natchitoches, Rapides, Sabine, St. Landry and Vermilion. Most of the acreage is in Southwest Louisiana. Much of this land is owned indivision.

For management purposes, CKX identifies 10,522 net acres as timberlands, 2,361 net acres as agricultural land, 895 net acres as
marshlands and 194 net acres are located in metropolitan areas. CKX will sell or exchange its lands to maximize value or improve our land portfolio.
